Green corn on the cob

Bata o milho com o leite no liquidificador por 3 minutos, passe a mistura em uma peneira bem fina.

Beat the corn with the milk in the blender for 3 minutes, pass the mixture through a very fine sieve.

Coloque em uma panela junto com açúcar e a pitada de sal.

Place in a pan along with sugar and a pinch of salt.

Mexe até começar a engrossar, deixe cozinhar por cerca de 10 minutos em fogo baixo.

Stir until it starts to thicken, let it cook for about 10 minutes on low heat.

Coloque em um refratario e se preferir acrescente canela em po por cima.

Place in a refractory and if you prefer add cinnamon powder on top.
