Pegue as espigas de milho e descasque com cuidado pois iremos precisar das cascas.

Com as espigas já descascada corte para retirar os grãos da espiga,no liquidificador coloque o milho e os demais ingredientes e bata por 6 minutos.

Com uma forma untada com furo no meio,forre com as cascas de milho e coloque a massa liquidificada.

With a greased shape with a hole in the middle, line with the corn husks and place the liquefied mass.

Leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180 graus ,por 30 minutos.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
