- Mix the powdered milk well with the whole milk. Separate half of the mixture and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally so that the powdered milk does not soak to the bottom.
- Then just mix the boiled milk with the cold milk, add the natural yogurt and mix, cover well
- Finally, place the bowl in the styrofoam or wrap in aluminum foil and a blanket, store in the oven. The important thing is that it takes time to cool down.
- After 8 hours it is ready. keep in the fridge
