  • Condensed milk (can be unsweetened) | 1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream (box) | 2 unit(s)
  • Seedless green grape | 250 g
  • Dark chocolate | 250 g


  1. Bring the condensed milk to medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes off the bottom (one point before brigadeiro).
  2. Add 1 box of cream and continue stirring for another 5 minutes. Reserve to cool.
  3. Wash and dry the grapes well.
  4. Mix the grapes in the cold white brigadeiro and place in a deep dish.
  5. Heat the other box of cream over low heat, turn off the heat and add the chopped chocolate, stirring well until it melts and incorporates well.
  6. Spread the ganache over the brigadeiro, decorate with some grapes (optional) and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
