- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Milk powder5 tablespoon
- Grape500 g
- Milk chocolate250 g
- Sour cream100 ml
- In a pan, mix the condensed milk, the can of cream, powdered milk and the milk. Turn on the heat and stir until thickened. Turn it off and let it cool, stir occasionally to cool faster and not create a skin.
- Add the grapes to the cream and mix well. Put it on the platter you prefer or already debt in the pots and leave it straight on top;
- To make the ganache. Microwave a container with the chocolate and 100 ml of cream every 15 seconds until it is well melted;
- Pour the ganache over each pot with the white cream and refrigerate for 3 hours. Decorate with a few more grapes forming a flower and the grape candy is ready in the pot. It's too delicious. You will always want to! Enjoy!
