CREME BRANCO:
Leve o leite condensado e a manteiga ao fogo, mechendo sem parar, após ferver deixe por mais 2min para engrossar um pouco, desligue o fogo e reserve.

WHITE CREAM:
Bring the condensed milk and butter to the fire, stirring non-stop, after boiling, leave for another 2 min to thicken a little, turn off the fire and book.

GANACHE:
Derreta o chocolate em banho maria ou no microondas, se optar por microondas coloque por 30 segundos,  veja como está e vá colocando de 10 em 10 segundos até ficar derretido e em seguida acrescente o creme de leite e misture bem.

GANACHE:
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, if you choose to microwave, put it for 30 seconds, see how it is and put it every 10 seconds until it is melted and then add the cream and mix well.

MONTAGEM:
Esfarele o bolo, coloque na taça e emprense bem (encalque com as mãos), bote o creme branco, lembre-se que não pode estar muito quente.

MOUNTING:
Crumble the cake, put it in the bowl and press it well (press with your hands), put the white cream, remember that it can't be too hot.

Por cima desse creme coloque uvas partidas ao meio e sem sementes, cubra as uvas com o ganache.

On top of this cream place halved and seedless grapes, cover the grapes with the ganache.

Leve ao congelador por duas hora e em seguida pode servir ou guardar na geladeira fora do congelador.

Take it to the freezer for two hours and then you can serve or store it in the fridge outside the freezer.

Nunca coloque as uvas encima do creme quente, pois elas irão cozinhar, por isso o creme deve estar frio.

Never place the grapes on top of the hot cream, as they will cook, so the cream must be cold.
