Halved green grapes20 unit(s)
condensed milk395 g
Dark semisweet chocolate100 g
Sour cream200 g
White chocolate60 g
Unsalted butter1 tablespoon
Whole milk1/2 cup

Prepare a soft brigadeiro by cooking condensed milk with milk, white chocolate, butter and 100g of cream. Book to cool.
Make a ganache with the semisweet dark chocolate by melting it in the microwave (40 seconds at a time) and mixing with the remaining 100g of cream. Reserve.
In a gin glass, make alternating layers of the white chocolate cream, the grapes and the ganache. Decorate with grapes on top.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
