- Black raisin1/2 cup
- Cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Almonds1 cup
- Soak the almonds in water for 2 hours.
- Discard the hydration water and take it to the S-blade processor. Beat until it forms a thick flour.
- Add the raisins, coconut oil and cocoa
- When it accumulates on one side of the processor, turn it off and distribute to the middle
- Do this until you get an easy to shape dough.
- Wrap the fruit with this dough and you're done!
