Sugar400 g
Margarine200 g
Hot Milk400 ml
Salt ammonia2 tablespoon
Wheat Flour until set or8 cup

In a bowl, place the eggs and beat well.
Add the sugar and continue beating.
Add the margarine and beat well.
In a large bowl, place the hot milk and add the ammonia salt, mix well, it will rise so use a large bowl ok. After mixing, add the dough.
Add the wheat little by little and mix everything, the right point is when it no longer sticks to your hand.
Open the dough with the rolling pin and cut the cookies as you prefer. Or use the machine.
Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan. In preheated oven, until slightly browned.
I used a 240ml cup.
