No liquidificador bater bem o milho com o leite
Em seguida passe a mistura pela peneira apertando bem(sobra só o "bagaço), coloque o açúcar a gosto(usei Meia xic apenas),coloque na panela.
Leve ao fogo medio ,mexendo sempre ate engrossar.Quando engrossar, continue mexendo mais alguns minutos e transfira para uma travessa e leve para gelar.Sirva

In the blender, beat the corn well with the milk.
Then pass the mixture through the sieve, pressing it well (only the "bagasse" remains), put the sugar to taste (I used Half xic only), put it in the pan.
