- Powdered milk2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Sour cream200 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- In a blender, beat the powdered milk, sugar and water until creamy. Set aside and leave in the fridge for 3 hours or 1 hour in the freezer.
- Separate the yolks and whites. Beat the egg whites and add the cold cream until it has a creamy consistency.
- Add the powdered milk cream and egg yolks and mix in the mixer or by hand.
- Leave in the freezer or freezer until ice cream consistency.
- In the photo I serve it with dulce de leche paqueca.
