  • Ingredients
  • Recipe
  • Liquid milk1 cup
  • Oil1 cup
  • Milk chocolate100 g
  • Cocoa powder 50%1 cup
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour3 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • condensed milk395 g
  • Cocoa powder 50%2 tablespoon
  • Chopped milk chocolate100 g
  • Sour cream100 g
  • Iced whipped cream200 g
  • Unsalted butter400 g
  • Royal Icing150 g
  1. For the dough: Gently heat the milk, oil, milk chocolate and cocoa powder.
  2. Place this heated mixture in a blender and add the eggs, sugar and vanilla. After beating these ingredients in the blender, pour the mixture into a bowl and add the wheat flour and baking powder, mix everything very well.
  3. Place cupcake paper cups inside aluminum cups. Distribute the dough in the molds up to 2/3 of the height of the molds. Take to preheated medium oven at 180 degrees celsius for approximately 25 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick. If you put the toothpick in the dough and it comes out dry, our cupcake is ready.
  4. For the gourmet brigadeiro, mix condensed milk, cocoa powder, milk chocolate and cream in a pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. It is not necessary to cook until it releases from the bottom of the pan, just start boiling, cook for another 5 minutes and remove from heat, place in a bowl, cover with cling film and wait to cool down before applying.
  5. Place in a pastry bag fitted with a medium pearl tip and fill the cupcakes.
  6. For the Shine buttercream frosting, beat the butter in an ointment point in the mixer for two minutes or until it becomes a very homogeneous whitish cream. Then add the very cold whipped cream and the royal icing, stir well and start beating and in less than a minute it will harden, so turn off the mixer, stir well every two minutes and beat again until you get a whitish cream, firm and homogeneous.
  7. Put it in a pastry bag and using a large pitanga tip, apply it over the baked cookies in circular motions, forming a nice tip. Decorate as you wish!
