- Whole milk400 ml
- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Vanilla Essence5 ml
- 50% cocoa powder (half bitter)3 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate bar (do not use hydrogenated icing)200 g
- corn starch2 tablespoon
- Butter or margarine (preferably unsalted)2 tablespoon
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave for approximately 30 seconds on medium power and set aside.
- Separate a little of the milk to dissolve the starch well and set aside.
- Mix the dissolved starch and all the remaining ingredients in the pan you are going to prepare the stuffing, bring to medium heat, stirring constantly so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Add the melted chocolate, continue to stir until combined.
- Transfer to a container, stir for a few minutes with a whisk and cover with plastic wrap until cool and ready to use!
- This filling is very tasty and can be used as a topping for cakes and cupcakes!
