- Condensed milk395 g
- Chocolate powder20 g
- Chocolate bar80 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Glutose1 tablespoon
- Granules, colored sugar, crushed peanuts or shredded coconut to taste
- Off the heat, dissolve the chocolate powder in the condensed milk.
- Add the other ingredients and mix everything very well before taking it to the fire.
- Always wick to the block point (the brigadier needs to unglue when you tilt the pan)
- Let it cool and make the balls in the desired size.
- If you prefer to freeze, put the brigadeiro wrapped in plastic film and put it in the freezer.
- If you need to roll the brigadeiro, take it out of the freezer 1 hour before and leave it in the fridge. Then take it to room temperature and in 15 to 20 minutes the brigadiers can be molded.
- Roll in Granules, peanuts, shredded coconut, or colored sugar.
