  • semisweet chocolate bar2 unit(s)
  • Sugar to taste
  • Grated Chocolate to taste
  1. Place 3 sieved egg yolks, condensed milk, milk and cornstarch in a pan and heat until thickened.
  2. After that, let it cool down a bit and mix it with 1 can of cream. Then just put it on a platter, chop half of the chocolates on top and put it in the fridge while you make the second layer.
  3. Melt the chocolate bar (in the microwave or in a bain-marie), then mix it with 1 can of cream and Beat 2 egg whites until stiff, adding 3 tablespoons of sugar.
  4. Turn off the mixer and gradually mix the chocolate with the cream. reserved.
  5. Pour this mousse over the first layer you placed to freeze.
  6. Beat 4 egg whites until very firm, adding 4 tablespoons of sugar, turn off the mixer, to gradually mix with 1 can of cream.
  7. Pour over the chocolate mousse, chop the rest of the chocolates on top and refrigerate. Now just wait for it to freeze for about 3 hours before serving!
