Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
Demerara sugar1/2 cup
Salt (a pinch) to taste

Beat the eggs and add the ingredients according to the above order;
Put the dough in the greased Waffle machine, or you can make it in a skillet like a pancake;
On top I finished with Mel Flor de aroeira, it was simply divine.
