- Rice flour1 cup
- Coconut Sugar2 tablespoon
- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- plant milk200 ml
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Frozen berries to taste
- In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Add the egg, coconut oil and milk.
- Mix until smooth.
- In a hot non-stick skillet, place small portions of the dough and once golden on one side, turn and brown on the other.
- Let the fruits thaw naturally and serve over the pancakes with the crucible they will release. If desired, drizzle with a drizzle of honey.
