- Oats2 tablespoon
- Sugar or sweetener1 tablespoon
- Orange juice1 teaspoon
- Coconut oil1/2 teaspoon
- Orange zest to taste
- Yeast1/2 teaspoon
- Mix all the ingredients until the dough is very homogeneous;
- Add the yeast;
- Place in a greased or silicone form;
- Bake in the oven for 7 minutes at 180°;
- For the syrup: mix the rest of the orange juice with 1cc of sugar or sweetener, bring to a boil and let it reduce until it forms a consistent syrup. Then, just throw it over the still warm cake and decorate with the orange zest.
