- eggs (whites and yolks separated)4 unit(s)
- softened butter3 tablespoon
- sugar2 cup
- flour mix (I used urban)2 cup
- nest milk1 cup
- hot water1.5 cup
- chemical baking powder1 tablespoon
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- sour cream1 can(s)
- nest milk1 cup
- In a mixer, beat the egg whites and set aside.
- Still in the mixer, in another bowl, beat the yolks, butter and sugar until you form a fluffy cream.
- Whisking constantly, add the flour alternating with the powdered milk and hot water, until smooth.
- Add the egg whites and the yeast, mix gently with a spatula or spoon.
- Transfer to a greased and infarinhada shape and take it to the medium oven, preheated for 30 minutes or until golden.
- For the topping, on a turned off heat, add the cream and milk, mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the condensed milk and mix with the heat off.
- When everything is very homogeneous, turn on the fire and let it boil until it reaches the point of coverage.
