  • Cornmeal2 cup
  • Demerara sugar1 cup
  • Orange juice1 cup
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Oil120 ml
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Grease a baking sheet and set aside
  2. Blend the liquid ingredients in the blender
  3. Add the cornmeal and beat again for 1 minute.
  4. Add the yeast and mix with a spoon.
  5. Bake in medium oven for approximately 40 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool, unmold and serve.
