  • Water100 ml
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Xylitol1/2 cup
  • Rice flour1 cup
  • Oat flakes1 cup
  • 100% cocoa powder2 tablespoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
  1. In a blender, beat all the ingredients, leaving the yeast last, mix it with a spatula;
  2. Place in a greased shape and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 25 minutes;
  3. FILLING: Put on fire: 2 cup coconut flakes 1/2 cup coconut sugar 100 ml of water
  4. Obs.: in the video I added 2 tablespoons of olive oil, but you can add 2 more of olive oil to make the dough more moist.
