- Dark Chocolate or 1/2 bittersweet gluten-free melted220 g
- 2 pots of Natural Yogurt340 g
- 2 tablespoons of sugar25 g
- In the mixer, beat the peanut butter, yogurt and sugar until obtaining a very homogeneous mixture. I'm going to use medium plastic cups as molds for my popsicles. Pour this mass up to a little more than half of each cup. Place the melted chocolate over this dough and finish with the rest of the dough beaten in the mixer. Once this is done, place a popsicle stick in the middle of each glass and take them to the frezzer for about 6 hours or overnight. Remove the plastic from the cups that are serving as molds and enjoy. Yields 3 large popsicles.
