Peanut Butter

Dark Chocolate or 1/2 bittersweet gluten-free melted

2 pots of Natural Yogurt

2 tablespoons of sugar

Na batedeira bata a pasta de amendoim, o iogurte e o açúcar até obter uma mistura bem homogênea. Vou usar como forminhas para os meus picolés copos plásticos médios. Coloque essa massa até um pouco mais da metade de cada copo. Sobre essa massa coloque o chocolate derretido e finalize com o restante da massa batida na batedeira. Feito isso coloque bem no meio de cada copo um palito de picolé e leve-os ao frezzer por cerca de 6 horas ou de 1 dia para o outro. Retire o plástico dos copos que estão servindo de forminhas e se delicie. Renderam 3 picolés grandes.

In the mixer, beat the peanut butter, yogurt and sugar until obtaining a very homogeneous mixture. I'm going to use medium plastic cups as molds for my popsicles. Pour this mass up to a little more than half of each cup. Place the melted chocolate over this dough and finish with the rest of the dough beaten in the mixer. Once this is done, place a popsicle stick in the middle of each glass and take them to the frezzer for about 6 hours or overnight. Remove the plastic from the cups that are serving as molds and enjoy. Yields 3 large popsicles.
