Bolo de chocolate sem farinha de trigo.
 Sem glúten e uma delícia ! 

📌Você vai precisar de:

3 ovos
2 colheres de manteiga
1/2 xícara de chocolate 50% cacau usei da @chocoleiteind
1/2 de açúcar demerara
2 xícaras de aveia sem glúten
1 xícara de leite sem lactose 
1 colher de fermento biológico 

🥣 Coloque todos os ingredientes exceto o fermento no liquidificador e bata bem batido, terminou de bater Vamos colocar a fermento e mexer com a colher.

Após pegue uma forma e deixa untada com manteiga e pode espalhar um pouquinho de chocolate em pó

Agora vamos colocar a Massa se você quiser pode colocar gotas de chocolate ou pedacinhos de chocolate meio amargo.
Hummmm fica perfeito 😋

Vamos assar e um forno e já pré-aquecido a 180°. Após 35 minutos desperte com palitinho para ver se já está no ponto.

1 cup of lactose-free milk
