  • Demerara sugar1 cup
  • Coconut oil1/2 cup
  • Cocoa powder1/2 cup
  • 70% chocolate powder1 tablespoon
  • hydrated rice2 cup
  • Warm water1/2 cup
  1. Before starting, soak the rice for 2 hours and drain.
  2. Place the rice in the blender and blend until it becomes a bran.
  3. Add the eggs, demerara sugar, coconut oil, warm water and beat until combined.
  4. Add the cocoa powder and cocoa and pulse some more.
  5. When it becomes homogeneous, pour it into a cake form and bake at 180° for 25-30 Min.
