Eggs3 unit(s)
Demerara sugar1 cup
Coconut oil1/2 cup
Cocoa powder1/2 cup
70% chocolate powder1 tablespoon
hydrated rice2 cup
Warm water1/2 cup

Before starting, soak the rice for 2 hours and drain.
Place the rice in the blender and blend until it becomes a bran.
Add the eggs, demerara sugar, coconut oil, warm water and beat until combined.
Add the cocoa powder and cocoa and pulse some more.
When it becomes homogeneous, pour it into a cake form and bake at 180° for 25-30 Min.
