Gluten Free Carrot Cake

Bata no liquidificador os ovos, a cenoura,  o óleo e o açúcar por 2 minutos.

Beat the eggs, carrots, oil and sugar in a blender for 2 minutes.

Em uma tigela coloque as farinhas e misture o líquido, por último o fermento.

In a bowl put the flour and mix the liquid, lastly the yeast.

Coloque em uma forma untada e enfarinhada. Acrescente gotas de chocolate a gosto 

Put it in a greased and infarcted shape. Add chocolate chips to taste

Leve ao forno por 30/35 minutos a 180°c
