  • Demerara sugar3/4 cup
  • Large Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Sunflower oil1/2 cup
  • Rice Flour1 cup
  • Corn Starch1/2 cup
  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate Chips to taste
  1. Beat the eggs, carrots, oil and sugar in a blender for 2 minutes.
  2. In a bowl put the flour and mix the liquid, lastly the yeast.
  3. Put it in a greased and infarcted shape. Add chocolate chips to taste
  4. Bake for 30/35 minutes at 180°C
