Gluten Free Carrot Cake


Preaqueço o forno em temperatura media. Bato no liquidificador os ovos, o açúcar e a manteiga. Despejo em um recipiente essa mistura e então incorporo a farinha e o fermento.


Preheat the oven to medium temperature. Beat the eggs, sugar and butter in a blender. Pour this mixture into a container and then add the flour and baking powder.

Levo ao forno por aproximadamente 40 minutinhos. Faço sempre o teste do palito para verificar se está totalmente assado. Daí é esperar amornar para desenformar. 
Fica uma delicia com um cafezinho

Bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes. I always do the toothpick test to make sure it is fully baked. Then, wait for it to cool down to unmold.
Enjoy with a cup of coffee
