  • unsalted butter70 g
  • Gluten-free flour mix2 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  1. Preheat the oven to medium temperature. Beat the eggs, sugar and butter in a blender. Pour this mixture into a container and then add the flour and baking powder.
  2. Bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes. I always do the toothpick test to make sure it is fully baked. Then, wait for it to cool down to unmold. Enjoy with a cup of coffee
