- Brown rice flour1 cup
- Brown sugar1/2 cup
- Flaked oats1 cup
- Flaxseed Flour2 tablespoon
- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Banana1 unit(s)
- In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
- Add coconut oil, eggs and mashed banana.
- Make balls and flatten them.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes at 200°C or until golden.
- Remove from oven, let cool on a wire rack so they can cool without sweating.
