  • Brown rice flour1 cup
  • Brown sugar1/2 cup
  • Flaked oats1 cup
  • Flaxseed Flour2 tablespoon
  • Coconut oil1/2 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Banana1 unit(s)
  1. In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
  2. Add coconut oil, eggs and mashed banana.
  3. Make balls and flatten them.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes at 200°C or until golden.
  5. Remove from oven, let cool on a wire rack so they can cool without sweating.
