- Milk1 cup
- Soybean oil1/2 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Large ripe bananas8 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Blend the gluten-free rice flour, milk, soy oil, eggs, yeast, 4 bananas and sugar in a blender.
- Then put it in a greased shape
- With the dough in shape, cut 4 bananas into slices and place on the dough.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes (depending on the oven)
