  • Gluten-free rice flour2 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Soybean oil1/2 cup
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Large ripe bananas8 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 cup
  1. Blend the gluten-free rice flour, milk, soy oil, eggs, yeast, 4 bananas and sugar in a blender.
  2. Then put it in a greased shape
  3. With the dough in shape, cut 4 bananas into slices and place on the dough.
  4. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes (depending on the oven)
