  • Potato Starch100 g
  • Sweet sprinkle40 g
  • Brown sugar100 g
  • Xanthan Gum1 coffee spoon
  • Baking soda1 coffee spoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Salt1/2 coffee spoon
  • Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil75 g
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Natural yogurt50 g
  • Very ripe mashed bananas450 g
  • Vanilla extract or essence1 teaspoon
  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a container.
  2. Mix all the wet ingredients in another container, including the mashed bananas.
  3. Add the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
  4. Grease an English cake pan with coconut oil and place the dough.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 180°C in a preheated oven.
