Ingredients
- Eggs | 3 unit(s)
- Apples | 2 unit(s)
- Sugar | 2 cup
- Oil | 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon powder | to taste
- Rice flour | 2 cup
- Baking powder | 1 tablespoon
Recipe
- Remove the apple skins and set aside. Cut the apple, already peeled, into cubes.
- In the blender, beat: eggs, sugar, oil, apple peels and cinnamon.
- In a pot add: the rice flour, the baking powder and the cubes of the apples.
- Involve the apple cubes in the mixture that was made in the pot.
- Add the liquid part that was beaten in the blender to the mixture that was made in the pot.
- Mix well.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
- Serve with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar on top of the still warm cake!
