Ingredients

  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Apples | 2 unit(s)
  • Sugar | 2 cup
  • Oil | 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon powder |  to taste
  • Rice flour | 2 cup
  • Baking powder | 1 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Remove the apple skins and set aside. Cut the apple, already peeled, into cubes.
  2. In the blender, beat: eggs, sugar, oil, apple peels and cinnamon.
  3. In a pot add: the rice flour, the baking powder and the cubes of the apples.
  4. Involve the apple cubes in the mixture that was made in the pot.
  5. Add the liquid part that was beaten in the blender to the mixture that was made in the pot.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
  8. Serve with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar on top of the still warm cake!
