- Lemon zest. to taste
- In a blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice. Add the zest and mix well.
- Pour into a container, cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for about 4 hours. Remove, stir well with a spoon and return to the freezer, leaving for about 12 hours.
