Butter100 g
Brown Sugar1/2 cup
Ginger Powder1 dessert spoon
Orange zest1 tablespoon
Clove and Cinnamon Powder1 teaspoon
Egg1 unit(s)
Wheat Flour2 cup
Corn Starch2 tablespoon
Baking soda1 tablespoon

In a mixer, beat the butter and sugar until it becomes thick and whitish.
Add the egg, cornstarch and bicarbonate and continue beating
Add spices and flour and mix well
Open the dough with the aid of a rolling pin and with a cutter cut the dolls.
To form the garland, connect the little hands of the dolls forming a circle and bake like this together holding hands
Let it cool, pass the string and the bow and it's ready
