  • unsalted butter200 g
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Whey-free cream1 can(s)
  • Cornmeal Biscuit1 unit(s)
  • Milk1 l
  • Chocolate condensed milk or ice cream topping1 can(s)
  1. Put the butter and sugar in the mixer and beat until you get a very fluffy and smooth cream.
  2. Add the cream and beat quickly just to combine.
  3. Turn off the mixer and set aside
  4. Separate a medium container to assemble the candy
  5. Add a little milk in a deep dish and quickly wet some cornstarch cookies
  6. Line the bottom of the chosen container with a layer of wafer
  7. Add a layer of the reserved cream over the cookies.
  8. Add another layer of cookies soaked in milk and repeat the procedure ending with the cookie
  9. Cover the last layer of cookies with chocolate-flavored condensed milk (store-bought or topping)
  10. Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours or until the candy is well chilled.
  11. Remove the candy from the fridge and serve immediately.
