- Cinnamon powder. to taste

- Butter4 tablespoon

- Dulce de leche200 g
- Separate the whites from the yolks, beat the egg whites and gradually add a cup of sugar.
- Add the yolks, starch, sprinkle and flour, beat well until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Add the milk and oil, finish stirring and add the yeast and cinnamon.
- Grease a pan with oil and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Put the rest of the sugar, cinnamon and butter in a separate container, stir everything until it turns into crumbs.
- Put the dough in the shape and then the farofa, let it bake for 35/40 min or until it's ready.
- Then add the dulce de leche on top and serve.
