  • Oil for greasing to taste
  1. Dissolve the contents of the gelatin box in 150 ml of boiling water, starting with the first taste of the ingredients. Add 150 ml of ice water to the mixture and stir well. In a pudding mold, with a hole in the middle, greased with oil, pour half of the already dissolved gelatin. Then take it to the fridge freezer for 15 minutes. With the remaining half of the gelatine, mix 6 tablespoons of condensed milk and 4 tablespoons of coconut milk. After 15 minutes of gelatine in the freezer, very carefully, pour the mixture made earlier and take it back to the freezer for 15 minutes. Repeat the procedure with the other flavors, always obeying the times of 15 minutes for the gelatin layer and 15 minutes for the cream layer. After adding the last layer of cream, refrigerate for at least 3 hours, unmold when ready to serve.
