- For the yellow gelatin: passion fruit or pineapple gelatin1 unit(s)

- WAY OF DOING 👉In a pan, light the condensed milk, the cream and one of the gelatins over low heat, stir until it comes off the bottom of the pan, place in the refractory, cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge or freezer while you prepare the second gelatin
- 👉Do the same thing with the second gelatine, take the refractory, remove the plastic film and throw the second gelatine on top spreading it evenly, cover it again with the plastic film and return to the fridge
- 👉Repeat the process with the third gelatin, remove the refractory from the fridge, not forgetting to remove the plastic film, throw it over the other two gelatins that are in the refractory, cover again with plastic film and leave it in the fridge until it hardens, then cut into pieces cubes and serve next, leave stored in a covered container in the refrigerator
