- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Chop the chocolate and place in a refractory
- Microwave on medium power for 1 minute
- Remove from microwave and stir with spatula.
- Microwave for another 30 seconds
- Remove and add the cream
- Gently mix the cream into the chocolate.
- Put in the fridge for 5 minutes
- Make balls with your hands and sprinkle cocoa powder around the truffles!
