Ingredients
Recipe

White chocolate eggshell250 g
Galak chocolate bar180 g
Box of whey-free milk cream1/3 unit(s)
Cognac1 tablespoon
Milk chocolate bonbons (recipe in my profile) to taste

Melt the Galak chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds and when it is well melted, add the cream and mix well until smooth and creamy
Add the cognac and mix until smooth, place in a jar with a lid and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours until firm.
Stuff the white chocolate eggshells with this truffle and finish with the milk or semisweet chocolates
Tip: keep in fridge 😉
