- Unsalted Roasted Peanuts1 cup
- Pitted Dates125 g
- Coconut milk5 tablespoon
- Cocoa Powder2 tablespoon
- Peanut paste2 tablespoon
- Leave the dates hydrating in filtered water in a closed pot in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
- In a food processor place the drained and already hydrated dates, peanuts, coconut milk, cocoa powder and peanut butter.
- Beat well until you form a homogeneous mass.
- Model the balls and decorate with 1 peanut. Serve immediately!
