  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Sour cream - box1 unit(s)
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Guava for topping1 to taste
  1. In a mixing bowl, place the cornmeal, oil and mix, then add the eggs and vanilla essence, mix
  2. Put the sugar, flour and cream, beat slowly so that they can be added, gradually increase the speed, finally put the baking powder
  3. Place in an already greased and floured shape, and add the guava paste chopped into thin slices. Do not cut into cubes as they may sink.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 40 minutes, or until golden and pierced with a toothpick and it comes out dry.
