- Cornmeal2 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Sour cream - box1 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Guava for topping1 to taste
- In a mixing bowl, place the cornmeal, oil and mix, then add the eggs and vanilla essence, mix
- Put the sugar, flour and cream, beat slowly so that they can be added, gradually increase the speed, finally put the baking powder
- Place in an already greased and floured shape, and add the guava paste chopped into thin slices. Do not cut into cubes as they may sink.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 40 minutes, or until golden and pierced with a toothpick and it comes out dry.
