Corn flakes1/2 cup
Skimmed liquid milk1/2 cup
Extra virgin olive oil1 tablespoon
Honey3 tablespoon
Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon

Leave the corn flakes soaking in the milk for 10 minutes. Then mix the rest of the ingredients. Put it in a frying pan and let it bake on average 5 minutes each side on low heat!
