- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Pasta: In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, oil, milk and chocolate powder with a whisk or wooden spoon.
- Add the flour and mix well.
- Add the yeast and mix.
- Grease a deep frying pan with oil and put it on the fire.
- Pour the batter into the skillet when it is hot.
- Cover the skillet and let it cook on low heat.
- After 7 minutes, open the skillet and check if the cake is baked. To do this, pierce the dough with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out without the dough sticking together, it's a sign that it's ready. If it is not yet cooked, leave it on the fire for another 3 minutes.
- Unmold the cake and pour the filling of your choice on top.
