  • Chocolate 70%30 g
  • Butter1 dessert spoon
  • Coconut Flour1 tablespoon
  • Sweetener (erythritol)1 tablespoon
  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
  2. Add the butter with the chocolate mix everything very well
  3. Add eggs, flour and sweetener mix everything very well
  4. Place in skillet over low heat. And turn the Brownie halfway through, to bake well on both sides (approximately 5 minutes)
  5. Decorate as you wish. Suggestion: cashew nuts, grated coconut or even white chocolate chips, but in the latter case, it won't be low carb!
