Strawberry Gelatin1 unit(s)
Hot water200 ml
Ice water200 ml
Sour cream200 g
condensed milk395 g
Banana2 unit(s)
Apple2 unit(s)
Strawberries6 unit(s)
Papaya1 unit(s)

Place the hot water in a container and dissolve the gelatine - add the ice water and stir well, add the cream, condensed milk and stir until smooth.
Cut up all the fruit and add to the gelatin mixture, stirring gently.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Serve chilled - Note - it is not in a cut bridge - it is very creamy.
