Frozen Pineapple Pie

Descasque o abacaxi,corte em rodelas,tire o miolo e corte em cubinhos.
Coloque em uma panela no fogo,com as 2 xícaras de açúcar.
Deixe derreter quase todo o açúcar e jogue o abacaxi picadinho e deixe ferver.
Se preferir pode acrescentar mais uma xícara de água 
Deixe apurar,até ficar com um caldo um pouco grosso.
Coloque esse doce em um refratário de vidro e reserve.

Peel the pineapple, cut into slices, remove the core and cut into cubes.
Place in a pan on the fire, with the 2 cups of sugar.
Let almost all the sugar melt and throw the chopped pineapple and let it boil.
If you prefer, you can add another cup of water.
Let it simmer, until you get a little thick broth.
Place this candy in a glass refractory and set aside.

Coloque o leite condensado,o leite,as gemas e a maisena em uma panela,misture bem,coloque no fogo mexendo sempre até engrossar.
Cozinhe por 1 minuto e jogue esse creme em cima do doce de abacaxi espalhando bem.
Coloque na geladeira e deixe esfriar e sirva.
