- liquid milk790 ml
- Egg Yolks3 unit(s)

- Peel the pineapple, cut into slices, remove the core and cut into cubes. Place in a pan on the fire, with the 2 cups of sugar. Let almost all the sugar melt and throw the chopped pineapple and let it boil. If you prefer, you can add another cup of water. Let it simmer, until you get a little thick broth. Place this candy in a glass refractory and set aside.
- Put the condensed milk, the milk, the yolks and the cornstarch in a pan, mix well, put it on the fire, always stirring until it thickens. Cook for 1 minute and pour this cream over the pineapple jam, spreading well. Place in the fridge and let cool and serve.
